Interactive Demo of Cooperative Positioning

This demo calculates the Cramér-Rao lower bound for 2-dimensional positioning using fixed (base) stations as well as mobile radios using a cooperative radio link between mobile radios that are nearby to position the desired mobile radio.
The benefit of cooperative positioning is especially visible inside buildings where
  1. the density of mobile radios is typically higher compared to outside of the buildings and
  2. the radio link between the base station and the mobile radios causes errors in the position estimation due to multipath effects and shadowing.
